We are committed to adhering to the provision of the Data Protection Acts 1998 and 2003. Interim Executive Solutions Limited ("InterIM Executives") collects two different types of data from this website: Personal Data and Domain Data. Interim Executive Solutions Limited is a Data Controller as defined under the Data Protection Acts.   This privacy policy sets out the provisions we apply to the different types of data collected by this website.

Domain Data

When visiting our website we may collect, process or transfer information using cookies about the name of the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time you access our site or the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our site. We use this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful to visitors. You may turn off cookies in your web browser if you do not want us to collect this data from you.

The Personal Data We Collect and How We Use It

You can submit your C.V. via this website either to apply for a specific advertised role or for consideration by our consultants for positions as they come up. Should you choose to submit your C.V., it will be entered on our in-house database. This database, including information relating to any of your assignments, will be accessible by employees of Interim Executives and possibly by employees of our parent company, MERC Partners Limited.  Such information is held and used by us for the following purposes:

For matching your details with interim management positions,  to assist us in finding you an assignment. To this end we keep C.V.'s on file after you have completed any interim assignments in order to match you with possibly suitable assignments in the future;

For keeping you informed of InterIM Executives' services, news and wider developments in your chosen field;

For compiling surveys of our candidates;

Your CV will be sent to prospective clients but only where you give us your consent.  Such clients may be located in Ireland, the EEA or the USA. 

You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of your Personal Data that we hold.  If you would like to make such a request for information, please contact enquiries@interimexecutives.ie.  You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new C.V. We will hold your details indefinitely unless you ask us to amend or delete such information. We will respond to any such requests within five workings days of receipt of the request.

Sensitive Personal Data

When submitting Personal Data to Interim Executives you should ensure that is does not contain any Sensitive Personal Data (as defined in the Data Protection Acts, 1998 and 2003). Sensitive Personal Data relates to specific categories of data and is defined as data relating to a person’s place of origin, political opinions or religious or other beliefs, physical or mental health, sexual life, criminal convictions or the alleged commission of an offence or trade union membership.
