MERC Partners introduced the Interim Management concept to Ireland in 1998 and shortly afterwards formed a specialist Interim Management company that is today known as InterIM Executives.

Deirdre O’Shaughnessy, General Manager
Deirdre has held the position of General Manager at InterIM Executives since 2007, having first joined the company as Business Development Manager two years earlier. A Business Studies and Marketing graduate of Dublin City University, she has over eighteen years experience in General Management, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing primarily in the professional services and services sectors in Ireland and the UK.
Over the past six years Deirdre has successfully worked with many leading companies across a diverse range of industry sectors on a wide variety of interim management assignments at senior management level. She is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the Institute of Directors.
